Hi! My name is Rawan and I'm a 5th-year medical student at University College London (UCL) with an intercalated degree in Paediatrics and Child Health, also from UCL. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Maths all make up large parts of my degrees, and I would love to share my passion for them with students!

As a veteran online tutor with almost 5 years of teaching experience over a wide range of student levels in the sciences and maths, including physics, I will help bring out the drive and passion that you need to succeed in securing a university place and gaining excellent GCSE & A-Level grades. I also have a lot of experience tutoring 11+ and 13+ students, having worked in tuition center settings, helping children secure places in the top private and grammar schools. Having done these exams myself and achieved all A* and 9 grades at GCSE and all A* grades at A Level have provided me with invaluable experiences and tips that I would love to pass on! I understand the feeling of being completely stuck. I've felt it many times at various points, and it's nothing to worry about. Nobody can do it all on their own!

Having had experience tutoring before, I have found that every session needs to be different. Different students learn in different ways, so I like to be flexible with my sessions by collating various resources and designing activities specifically for each session. After teaching for more than 800 hours, I have received many positive reviews from parents and students regarding the structure of my sessions. My general session plan will be to focus on 2-3 specific points to ensure that you have a thorough understanding of all the content and don't gloss over anything. Unfortunately though, just learning everything and regurgitating it isn't enough anymore.
